Let's explore a crystal fossicking location together. Depending on the location there are different certainties of finding gemstones. Together we will search the creek beds and identify what has grown and been uncovered there, searching for precious gemstones. Location is chosen depending on group size, age, and access.

Learn how to knit wire like the Vikings with this ancient jewellery skill. In this class we get started on each making an incredibly impressive copper bracelet to finish at home or in a secondary class with me.

Together lets make magic out of nature! In this workshop kids let out their inner forest elf and create a beautiful crystal stave or wand of entirely their own design. First they select a piece of wood and a statement crystal to go on top, and then are free to get creating with our selection of natural decorations  as well as our tools; under supervision. When each piece is complete, the pupil is given a Nature spell scroll to write their magical intention to affix to it.

Learn where smudge sticks originated and how you can use them to keep your home environment clean and sanitised. Choose your own preferential locally spray free harvested botanicals and bind them together to make a delicious and functional incense smudge. When all smudges are completed we will all write a personal mantra or intention on scrolls and include them within our smudge. We will then have a smudge burning ritual where one is burnt as an example, and used throughout the space.

Learn how to weave a basket from native vines that you have identified as dangerous for our environment. Make something useful from the weeds to take home and use, or to create a hamper gift for a friend.

Within this module pupils will learn about how our local region formed crystals, how to find some themselves, why they formed, how to identify some basic types and how they are currently mined. They will gain a respect for the works of art nature creates.

They will each engage in an experiment to develop ideas for more environmental mining practices, by using chocolate cookies as their personal mine.

This class aims to calm and relax the individuals in a supportive group fashion. Together we will sit in a large circle, and perform simple exercises such as intention setting, breathing techniques, positive affirmation, friendliness and a little bit of stretching.

It's not always easy to justify time to relax and spend on yourself, but by creating this bath or foot soak you are asking yourself to dedicate time to self care - even just for an hour. A time for you to unwind and soak up all the holistic benefits you so lovingly chose and prepared for yourself. Made on a base of Magnesium and Epsom salts, you will hand craft a jar of relaxing soak infused with essential oils and organic botanicals intended to heal and sooth the soul. There will be a variety of elements and scents available to choose from, so each jar is personalised.

Together lets explore the amazing seedpods of our native flora, and use them to create a beautiful wall decoration for your home. Sitting together on the floor around a selection of natural items,we can be collaboratively creative. We select the seed pods we want, learn what they are, paint and decorate them, and adjoin them together all while having an explorative chat about nature.

Become a lapidary master by starting your journey cutting rocks in a safe and supervised workshop. I will teach you in a hands on fashion where your first lesson you will Grind a Cabochon on big diamond lined grinding wheels. You can come for one lesson and learn the skill, or continue your education and creations with weekly, fortnightly or more lessons.
