Attributes: Clear quartz has varying clarity and can come with many inclusions or colour variants. Quartz is the base mineral family for many other popular crystals such as Amethyst (Purple variation caused by ) and Citrine (Yellow variation caused by temperature exposure of over 400°).

Health information:
Quartz is usually quite harmless unless broken or powdered. Broken crystals and masses may have razor-sharp edges that can easily cut skin and flesh. Handle with care. Do not grind dry since long-term exposure to finely ground powder may lead to silicosis.

Cleansing stone - grounding - helps to channel energy in meditation, use to help draw energy to or from a stone.
